  • How do I book an appointment?
    If you are booking through insurance, your insurance provider will set the date and time. You can also call or email the shop closest to you and set up an appointment.
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
    Have your ownership and insurance slips ready when you come in to one of our stores. Keep in mind, ownership is required for vehicle identification which helps us order parts, match paint, etc.
  • How long will my car be in the shop?
    Based on your case, your car may be in the shop anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks. We recommend asking your estimator directly to provide a better idea of how long it may take.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
